I capture the full story of the game — from warm-ups (when available) to live action, celebrations, coach interactions, and those behind-the-scenes moments that highlight team chemistry. This coverage is consistent whether the focus is on one athlete or the whole team.

An online gallery will be provided to the person that has booked the game. The gallery will allow for high resolution digital downloads of all edited photos. You will also be able to buy prints directly from the gallery if you choose to do so.

The number of photos delivered varies based on several factors, including whether the coverage is for an individual athlete or a full team, the length of the game (which can differ by age group and tournament rules), each player’s time on the field, and the flow of the game. Moments like goals and celebrations often result in a higher number of images. While exact totals can’t be guaranteed, my goal is always to deliver a strong, well-rounded collection that tells the full story of the game.

Payment is due at least 24 hours before the game is scheduled. Once the booking is confirmed, I will email an invoice that can be paid online with a credit card, bank account, Apple Pay, or Venmo.

Delivery timing varies based on the number of games and my overall schedule. Most galleries are delivered within 1–2 days, with tournament coverage typically delivered within up to one week. If I anticipate a longer turnaround due to the size or schedule of a tournament, I will communicate that clearly in advance.

If a game is played at its originally scheduled time, I will be there regardless of weather. I am fully equipped to photograph in all weather conditions.
If a game is rescheduled, I will make every effort to cover the new time; however, availability cannot be guaranteed. If I am unable to cover a rescheduled game, I will either arrange for another qualified photographer or provide a full refund.
If a tournament game is cancelled and not rescheduled, the fee will be fully refunded.

I love seeing my photos shared! Feel free to post them on social media for personal use and please credit my business when doing so. I am @jshfoto on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Blue Sky, and X). Images may not be edited or used commercially without written approval by players or the club they represent.

The fee for tournament photography reflects personal use only. Families and athletes may use their images for personal purposes, including college recruitment (such as college websites, recruiting profiles, emails to coaches, and printed materials like brochures or flyers).
Soccer clubs, leagues, and organizations are not permitted to use these photos for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes unless separate arrangements and licensing have been made directly with me.
Photos may not be entered into contests, competitions, or awards submissions without my prior written consent. My photos cannot be used for any of the Richmond United tournament photo competitions as these awards are meant for amateur photographers or parents/family/friends from the sidelines.
